According to Sky Sports, Bournemouth to sign Wilson on loan from Liverpool for the entire season as the Welshman is set to undergo a medical at the Cherries.
It is understood that Bournemouth to sign Wilson but it will not include an option or obligation to buy at the end of the season.
The 22 year old Welsh international spent the entire last season on loan at Derby under Frank Lampard, where he put in a number of impressive displays.
During last season at Derby, Wilson scored 15 goals in 40 games as he helped the Rams reach the Sky Bet Championship play-off final, where they narrowly missed out on promotion as they lost 2-1 to Aston Villa.
Wilson has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including Newcastle and Aston Villa but any move away from Anfield, whether permanent or loan, has yet materialised.
Despite Wilson not playing a Premier League game for Liverpool or in his career so far, according to Sky Sports Liverpool value the forward at over £20m.
Wilson’s first and only professional appearance under Jurgen Klopp came under the 2016/17 FA Cup game against Plymouth.
However, Wilson was recently heavily involved in Liverpool’s pre season, including the Merseyside club’s tour of the USA.
The Welshman scored in the Reds 2-1 defeat to Dortmund, started against Sevilla and also came off the bench to feature in Liverpool’s draw with Portuguese outfit Sporting Lisbon.
Whilst Wilson scored a fantastic goal in Liverpool’s final pre season match against Lyon, where they beat the Ligue 1 side 3-1.
In addition to his loan spell at Derby last season, Wilson has also spent loan spells at Hull, where he scored 7 goals in 13 Sky Bet Championship games, as well as spending a season at Crewe in Sky Bet League One.
