Everton sign Kean from Juventus on a 5 year deal as the Merseyside side club look to bolster their attacking options ahead of the new season.

Both Juventus and Everton have agreed an undisclosed fee and the 19 year old Italian forward has penned a 5 year contract at Goodison Park.

Everton sign Kean and have been reportedly interested in the young forward in recent weeks of the transfer window.

According to Sky Sports, the transfer fee agreed between the 2 clubs for Kean is thought to be around £27m. With the youngster set to earn around £52k per week at the Merseyside club.

However, contrary to reports, there is no buy back clause inserted in the deal, which seemed to be an option the Italian club were keen on implementing.

Kean spoke of his delight after completing his move to Everton, speaking to Everton’s official website, the Italian said: “I am very proud and honoured to wear the Everton shirt. I will give my best to this team.

“I was convinced to sign because Everton is a club looking to the future and so am I.

“I know about the size of the club. It has big ambition and I will work very hard to help us fulfil what we want to achieve.

“I am used to winning and I want to bring this winning attitude to the team. I hope I will be very good on the field and bring the fans joy.”

Manager Marco Silva added: “A striker was one of our priority signings this summer.

“Moise is strong, fast, with many good qualities as a striker and he is just 19 years old. He has talent and he is ready to work, ready to improve our squad and gives us different solutions.

“He was at a big club, now he’s come to another big club and is ready to fight for this challenge and to give everything to Everton.”

Kean made 13 appearances for Juventus last season and scored 6 goals, whilst he also become the youngest player to score for Italy since 1958.
